Account Registration
Each Player may hold only one active account on 33bg at any given time. All accounts found to be duplicates will be permanently closed, and balances may be forfeited.

Withdrawals will only be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. This policy is in place to comply with anti-money laundering requirements and to protect the security of all Player accounts.

Currency and Exchange
All balances, bets, bonus values, and withdrawal amounts are denominated in BDT. No currency conversion is applied within the 33bg platform. If your payment method involves a currency conversion at the point of deposit (for example, an international card charged in USD), the resulting BDT amount credited will reflect the exchange rate applied by your card issuer, not by 33bg.

Bonus and Promotions Terms
Welcome Bonus. New 33bg Players are eligible for a 100% first deposit bonus of up to ৳20,000. Wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, and time limits apply. Full bonus terms are displayed at the point of claiming.
33bg offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, as well as the general bonus principles set out in this section. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this section, the specific promotion's terms take precedence.
General Bonus Principles
- Bonuses are credited in the form of bonus funds that are kept separately from real-money balances until wagering requirements are met.
- Bonus funds may not be withdrawn directly. Only real-money winnings generated after wagering requirements have been fully met are eligible for withdrawal.
- Each promotion specifies a minimum deposit amount required to activate the bonus. Deposits below this threshold will not trigger the bonus.

- All wagering must be completed within the time limit specified for the relevant promotion. Bonus funds not fully wagered within the stated period will expire and be removed from the account.
- Different game categories contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute at a reduced rate (often 10–20%), and sports bets may contribute at a separate rate as stated in the specific promotion.

User Obligations and Conduct
By using the 33bg platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, respectful, and responsible manner at all times. The following obligations apply to all registered Players without exception.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information at all stages of registration and verification.
- Keep your account credentials private and not share them with any third party.

- Notify 33bg's support team immediately upon becoming aware of any technical error, system malfunction, or incorrect display of odds or payouts.

You agree NOT to:

Section 7
Account Suspension and Closure
33bg reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe after a withdrawal has been requested.
- Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable information during registration or at any subsequent point.
- Suspected involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
- Receipt of a chargeback or disputed transaction from a payment provider.
- Discovery that the Player is under the age of 18.
- Detection of duplicate account activity linked to the same individual.
- A voluntary self-exclusion request submitted by the Player.
Account Closure by the Player
